Pyramid Scheme Chardonnay Tasting Notes and Pairings
Pyramid Scheme Chardonnay is not a traditional California Chardonnay. After spending 10 months in new oak and neutral oak it has a nose of buttercream, poached pears, melon and lemon pie. It is followed up by toasty undertones with a brisk, fresh ending. This chardonnay will pair nicely with mild and creamy cheeses including Brie, triple cream and Monterey Jack. Also try pairing this with chicken dishes with creamy and buttery based sauces or vegetable dishes with bright fresh flavors.
